 The wgrib2 port needs an overhaul to v3.0.2.
 It also need to be severed from the proj 4 dependency, proj 4 being way
 outdated.

 This is (for me) a low priority task, since I just reckoned that GDAL has
 its own GRIB driver that doesn’t need wgrib2 to work. I've modified GDAL's
 portfile to remove the extraneous dependency.
