 1. Command (⌘)-R, or \\
 2. "Replace" via GUI \\
 is not working in Kile. \\

 a. Launch Kile \\
 b. Attempt "replace" via 1) or 2) above\\
 c. (Mac) Pinwheel starts and goes and goes and goes...\\

 (I do not know to whom this anomaly should be reported, so I am submitting
 it here.)
