 This is a duplicate of #61789 . qt4-mac has yet to be fixed to work on
 ARM64 Macs. qt4-mac is old enough that my best guess is it'll take
 significant work to get it working on ARM64 -- the code just wasn't
 written with this architecture in mind!

 I don't have time at the moment to get it working. If anybody wants to
 give this effort a go please do!
