 the llvm tree is one of the very few ports that functions best with
 @rpaths enabled.

 There were a number of tickets 2 or 3 years ago about how a part of it
 breaks (asans, etc) when they are turned off.

 So base flags the @rpath usage during rev-upgrade, but it is not an actual
 error I believe.
