 Latest Big Sur 11.2.3, Xcode 12.4. Package stack is a dependency of
 pandoc. I did "sudo port clean stack" and tried again, but the same error:
 "can't load framework: Cocoa (not found) [...] While building package
 stack-2.5.1". Log file attached from
 /opt/local/var/macports/logs/_opt_local_var_macports_sources_rsync.macports.org_macports_release_tarballs_ports_lang_stack/stack/main.log
