 I moved {{{pandoc}}} to PG {{{haskell_cabal}}}.

 The recent update of {{{cabal}}} works very well, and I suspect that it
 will work with many {{{cabal}}}/{{{stack}}} projects within MacPorts.

 Please note that {{{ghc}}} has been updated and working on macOS 11 for a
 while now, but this was never the issue. For robust, repeatable builds,
 {{{stack}}} uses the {{{ghc}}} version specified within the {{{stack}}}
 project. Sorting this out is likely what's taking so long updating
 {{{stack}}}.
