I'm not sure why this is happening. However this:
> {{{
> :debug:archivefetch Privilege de-escalation not attempted as not running
as root.
> :debug:archivefetch Skipping completed org.macports.fetch (sbcl)
> :debug:archivefetch Privilege de-escalation not attempted as not running
as root.
> :debug:archivefetch Skipping completed org.macports.checksum (sbcl)
> :debug:archivefetch Privilege de-escalation not attempted as not running
as root.
> :debug:archivefetch Skipping completed org.macports.extract (sbcl)
> :debug:archivefetch Privilege de-escalation not attempted as not running
as root.
> :debug:archivefetch Skipping completed org.macports.patch (sbcl)
> :debug:archivefetch Privilege de-escalation not attempted as not running
as root.
> :debug:archivefetch Skipping completed org.macports.configure (sbcl)
> }}}
indicates that this was not a clean build attempt, and that could
conceivably cause build problems, which is why we always ask you to clean
and try again before submitting a bug report.
You will not be able to build sbcl right now for a different reason; see
#62787. Wait until that ticket is resolved. Then `sudo port clean sbcl`
and `sudo port selfupdate` and then try again.
