 I had already tried this.
 {{{
 xcode-select --install
 xcode-select: error: command line tools are already installed, use
 "Software Update" to install updates
 }}}
 Also xcrun finds the SDK as shown above, but it fails at line 233 in:

 var/macports/build/_Volumes_ZivaDrive_MacPorts_var_macports_sources_rsync.macports.org_macports_release_tarballs_ports_aqua_qt5/qt5-qtbase/work
 /qtbase-everywhere-src-5.15.2/configure
 }}}
 I have 26379 ports installed successfully.  Please note that the
 qt5_qtbase installer cannot find the SDK in line 3402 of:
 {{{
 libexec/macports/lib/port1.0/portutil.tcl
 }}}
