 if works for port install cmake +docs -python38 +python39.

 on my other macs i have the default +python38 but that fails on this mac.
 it has python 38 and python39 installed, but cmake has build dependecies
 for python39 only. i do not understand that.

 anyhow, on this mac all outdated ports are now up to date again. thanks!
