 Of note, buildbot builds are failing, across a range of macOS releases.
 Interestingly enough, though, it is compiling on 10.6 and 10.7, but
 failing on 10.8 through 10.14. So I'm wondering if we need to force a
 newer Clang version across-the-board (like Clang 9).
