Note that I didn't touch the `py39-mkl` components; I only modified those
for `py39-numpy`. Also, the log I just attached, relates to a subsequent
clean `py39-numpy` source installation. So I'm reasonably confident that I
wiped any remnants of my `install_name_tool` adventures.
Does that make sense?
