 It looks like upstream may have a patch for some of the errors, which seem
 to related to an updated version of dependency `cgnslib`.

 I quickly tried using it locally, though some of the patches failed to
 apply. (Perhaps they have a newer one, didn't spend much time on it.)
 Still, it's a starting point:

 Patchfile attached, with embedded paths fixed. You should probably double-
 check them against the original above though, as perhaps some are still
 wrong. Filename: `patch-cgnslib-4.1.1.diff`
