 To run a fairer apples-to-apples test, be sure to install `py39-pytorch`
 first. That's why `py39-mkl` is installed on my systems, and I'm guessing
 it's the same situation for Steve. (Since he also does quite a bit of work
 relative to machine learning and such.)
