 For some reason the current NumPy version doesn't find MKL even if it’s
 installed. I’ll investigate that and try to fix it and then put it in a
 variant. Additionally, when using “openblas” or “atlas” we can make sure
 it will not look for MKL, that part is easy. So don’t waste time on trying
 to reproduce it; We should fix this and I know what to do, just not yet
 how 😉
