 libunistring @0.9.10_0 fails to build on MacOSX 10.4 Tiger. I am using
 MacPorts 2.7.1.

 The problem may be that a auto-generated stdint.h isn't being generated
 properly.  I think that the patch file 0700-multiarch-libc.patch included
 in the port is supposed to fix this issue but for some reason it only
 fixes it for one of the stdint.h files generated during the build (compare
 ~ lines 1784 and ~ line 2325 in the attached log).
