 Coming from #63791: I am on macOS 11.5.2 (20G95) and upgraded to the
 latest available XCode 13.0 (19234). I still have this bulid problem. I'll
 have to check later if 13.1 works, although it doesn't seem to be
 available on my version of macOS.
