 I’ve also seen this a couple times. I don’t have good solution except to
 delete the {{{privoxy}}} user and {{{privoxy}}} group using {{{dscl}}} or
 {{{Directory Utility.app}}}, rerun {{{port install privoxy}}}, which re-
 creates this user and group, and check permissions to make sure that the
 automatically re-created user and group have the same {{{uid}}} and
 {{{gid}}}. If not, apply {{{chown}}} and {{{chgrp}}} appropriately.

 This shouldn’t happen.
