 OK, understood.

 I asked because your indicate MacPorts is looking under:
 /Library/Developer/CommandLineTools/SDKs/MacOSX12.sdk

 However, on the Release version of Xcode 13.1, the SDKs are under:
 /Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/Developer/Platforms/MacOSX.platform
