 This may be a duplicate of my bug #63731

 I am pleased to see a confirmation of my bug as I was wondering why
 https://ports.macports.org/port/sbcl was showing several users had
 successful builds on Monterey, so what is different about their builds?

 The Big Sur build of sbcl does run on Monterey.  The problem is the very
 old version of sbcl that is used to bootstrap the build.
