 If they can be provided by future ports (by Ryan or anyone else) that
 should cover any build needs other ports might have for them. If Ryan can
 provide them in a way that doesn't attract Apple's wrath then there's not
 much more to discuss other than what's the hold-up ;)

 (FWIW, I didn't see any specific mention about distributing in the few SDK
 header files I checked, but no licensing info either, which feels weird
 nowadays.)

 I have a tentative fix for the issue at hand btw, but it'll be a few more
 days before I can do the final testing and doing a PR.
