 Tink is a newer cryptographic API, supporting a number of
 languages/bindings.

 Per the project homepage:

 * Java/Android, C++, Obj-C, Go, and Python are field tested and ready for
 production. The latest version is 1.6.1, released on 2021-07-12.

 * https://github.com/google/tink

 On a related note, `py-keyczar` was officially deprecated by upstream on
 3/8/2019. And Tink is recommended as a replacement.
