 Just to note to everyone suggesting 'enabling rmd160'  by default. If you
 know how to do this please free to submit a PR doing it.....Just asking
 someone else to do it does not help.

 Looking at the openssl configuration myself I don't know how it is done,
 or even if it can be easily at build time for openssl.
