 list for that OS version is indeed missing these symbols.

 I added the catalina and bigsur keywords because implicit declaration of
 functions is an error in Xcode 12 and later, which can be used on Catalina
 and later. I did not realize that these symbols were ones that had already
 been suppressed on Catalina and Big Sur.

 There are no such settings.
