 After a clean install of macports (mojave), and py-spyder,
 impossible to lauch spyder :

 The 'pyflakes<2.4.0,>=2.3.0' distribution was not found and is required by
 python-lsp-server

 And the previous version 2.3 of pyflakes is not available.
