 `struct malloc_introspection_t` from
 [https://opensource.apple.com/source/Libc/Libc-498.1.7/include/malloc/malloc.h.auto.html
 malloc.h from Mac OS X 10.5.8] doesn't have a `zone_locked` field while in
 [https://opensource.apple.com/source/Libc/Libc-583/include/malloc/malloc.h.auto.html
 malloc.h from Mac OS X 10.6.0] it does.

 Sounds like this developer build of 10.6 is not sufficiently close to the
 final version, at least not for tbb.
