 I am fairly sure their `develop` branch has the fix for the issues I
 mentioned earlier, so that would probably account for the difference in
 behaviour.

 If I get some indication that they want to make a new release soon, the
 right thing is to bump to that when it comes out. If that isn't likely to
 happen, though, I might try cherry-picking the changes for those issues.
 I'd prefer not to, though, given the number of _other_ changes those are
 mixed in with.
