Comment (by jmroot):

 Everything that uses `stack` is in the same position. It looks like a lot
 of the dependents are just running the `pandoc` executable, and so could
 use `depends_skip_archcheck`. Pandoc's description says it is also a
 haskell library, so setting `installs_libs no` probably isn't appropriate?
