 I believe that works fine if the port that isn't arm64 compatible is the
 one you asked to install, but I believe it doesn't work if the port that
 isn't arm64 compatible is a dependency of the one you asked to install.
 See #63092.

 That does not seem like the correct solution. You should not need to lie
 to MacPorts about what arch you're installing.
