 That’s just using an {{{x86_64}}} binary ({{{cabal}}}) to build another
 {{{x86_64}}} binary ({{{pandoc}}}), all running on {{{arm64}}}. Native M1
 {{{stack}}} or {{{cabal}}} binaries or builds do not exist.
