 When attempting to install either graphviz-gui or graphviz-gui-devel, the
 following error message is shown:

 Error: Port graphviz-gui requires a full Xcode installation, which was not
 found on your system.
 Error: You can install Xcode from the Mac App Store or
 https://developer.apple.com/xcode/
 Error: Follow https://guide.macports.org/#project.tickets if you believe
 there is a bug.
 Error: Processing of port graphviz-gui failed
 }}}

 This is using Xcode 13.2 beta (13C5066c) on macOS 12.1 beta (21C5039b). I
 have reported this to Apple, but they answered that I should report it to
 MacPorts directly.
