 was to have been fixed about three weeks ago by this:
 [949ccb3d0a3f6260a8ac5e44733e4b67caf6cd4b/macports-ports]

 which did fix llvm-11
 https://packages.macports.org/llvm-11/llvm-11-11.1.0_2.darwin_15.x86_64.tbz2
 that had the same issue.

 forcing a rebuild of llvm-12 now on one of them just to re-confirm

 and sure, if someone had noticed that llvm-12 had also failed to build on
 10.10 and 10.11, someone could have rebuilt those at the same time llvm-11
 was force-rebuilt.
