 py-scrapy: remove optional dependencies to fix deps' incompatibility

 Twisted requires priority<2.0 (if present) for its [http2] extra. Recent
 patches
 to Scrapy remove the requirement for twisted[http2] so we simply remove
 the
 relevant dependencies.
