Comment:

 [wiki:FAQ#usrlocal Remove what you have installed in /usr/local]; it is
 interfering with MacPorts. After doing so, you may have to rebuild
 whichever ports were affected by the presence what you had in /usr/local,
 and certainly clean any incomplete builds before trying again.
