Comment:

 I would guess the problem port is the one that provides
 libgmodule-2.0.0.dylib, i.e. glib2 and glib2-devel. I am listed as the
 maintainer of those ports but I was not involved in updating the port to
 the new version that uses meson, which seems like a likely culprit for
 this change in behavior, so I request that someone else investigate and
 fix this.
