 Can you try installing the default version (via `sudo port -N install
 librsvg`), without `+quartz`, to see if that builds successfully? That
 might give us some more clues.

 Also, do you absolutely need the Quartz variant? I ask, as it's possible
 that everything will simply work without it. (Can't guarantee that 100%,
 but there's a reasonable possibility...)
