 I experience this bug as well despite having the symlink mentioned above
 already in place. I was able to fix it by partially reverting
 https://github.com/macports/macports-
 ports/commit/0f60885f6cac1b9e2b10415dc5ebb749172fc37e and passing
 `configure.env=MACOS_SDK_VERSION=10.14` to `port install`.
