 port:ruby disables tk extension by default. (+tk or +mactk variant)

 it looks "--without-tk" was deleted at https://github.com/macports
 /macports-ports/commit/04b491b387d4ba53ecf5f986de85a91ae66e4559.
 I think this is not an intentional change.
