 wfview does not compile on macOS 10.12 or earlier due to a missing
 `#include`, and if that is fixed, then the resulting binary does not run
 because of the use of libc++ features that are not available in macOS
 10.12 or earlier. The port should prevent installation on 10.12 or
 earlier.
