 Filed an upstream bug https://github.com/Perl-Toolchain-Gang/ExtUtils-
 MakeMaker/issues/404

 if you really need p5-extutils-makemaker, you could safely delete the
 following section from Kid.pm:

 &DynaLoader::dl_load_file
                 && DynaLoader::dl_load_file( $fullname =
 "$thispth/lib$thislib.$so", 0 ) )
             {
             }
 }}}

 The port for this bug should probably be changed to p5-extutils-makemaker
