 I'm on Big Sur (11.6.1) with Xcode 13.1, and I forget whether I built from
 source or not. All I know is that I saw the Sparkle pop-up on first run; I
 can't seem to get it to trigger again, though... `defaults read
 co.gitup.mac` says:
