 The PR was updated to revbump python310-devel as well.

 After the PR is merged, all ports that depend on python36 and python37
 that were modified between the commit that caused the problem and the one
 that fixed the problem should be force-built on all buildbot workers, as
 should any modified ports that depend on those ports, as should any
 modified ports that depend on those ports, etc.
