New description:

 This just failed on both my Macs:

 --->  Attempting to fetch py37-mako-1.1.5_0.darwin_18.noarch.tbz2 from
 http://jog.id.packages.macports.org/macports/packages/py37-mako
 --->  Building py37-mako
 Error: Failed to build py37-mako: command execution failed

 I will attach the main.log files from both 10.14.6 and 10.13.6.
