 Hah, new problem then.

 Now how on earth does it happen that icu is trying to use
 {{{/usr/lib/libstdc++.6.dylib}}} on your system?  I have no idea. That
 will never work.

 So unless you know some secret thing you did, you will have to uninstall
 and reinstall icu.

 This of course has nothing to do with {{{libffi}}}, so your rabbit hole
 just keeps getting deeper and deeper.
