 @DavidBAEpstein - why are you using {{{conda}}} and MacPorts at the same
 time, are you sure that that isn't causing the confusion here? What
 hapepens if you use only the MacPorts provided packages and try this with
 {{{/opt/local/bin/python3.7}}}?
