 I have patches to update the omniORB portfile for the latest version and
 for recent versions of Python. I've also put the files into a forked
 branch and will next try to send a pull request referencing this ticket.
 I've also got similar patches for py-omniORBpy in the same branch and will
 open a separate ticket.
 NOTE THAT THESE TWO PACKAGES MUST TRAVEL TOGETHER so updating one without
 the other will just foul up the whole works.
