 [Since I'm not really sure whether this is problem with the buildbot
 builders, or the ports themselves, I've CC'ed various people who have been
 involved with the failed dependencies. Sorry if I've ended up spamming
 you.]

 The builders for 10.11 and 10.9 are failing to build the materialx port,
 apparently due to being unable to install certain dependencies.


 On the 10.11 builder

 It seems that builds for `doxygen` on the 10.11 builder and `cmake` on the
 10.9 builder have both failed recently. This is resulting in the
 `materialx` port not being able to build the 10.11 and 10.9 versions of
 the package, either.
