 `sudo port configure Io` fails for me:

 This seems to be opportunistic use of the ode port which I already had
 installed, because if I use trace mode (`sudo port -t configure Io`), this
 problem doesn't happen:

 So you should either declare dependencies on ode and other ports that
 provide the other things listed here if the build is using them, and fix
 the resulting build failure, or ensure that ode and the other things
 listed here are not used even if they are installed. (See
 ReproducibleBuilds.)
