 I made a patch to get rid of Power8 flag and `-Wno-maybe-uninitialized`
 and make PowerPC recognized correctly, however `x265` Altivec
 implementation is apparently incompatible with PowerPC, the build fails on
 `source/common/ppc/pixel_altivec.cpp`.
