 it's not very clear what you are trying to do. In fact, MacPorts does not
 even contain a port called `py-eso-palpy`... please elaborate a bit more.

 If you just want to clean-up your current MacPorts installation you can do
 `sudo port reclaim`, which will uninstall all ports that you have not
 explicitly requested and have no dependent.s
