Comment:

 You most likely just need to add appropriate include paths to your Xcode
 project. You can see where a port's files are installed with `port
 contents <portname>` or on the web app, e.g.:
  * https://ports.macports.org/port/gtk2/details/
  * https://ports.macports.org/port/gtk3/details/

 We use Trac for bug reports and enhancement requests only, so I am closing
